Welcome to Eastbrookend Tea Room – a cosy, welcoming spot nestled in the heart of Eastbrookend Country Park. More than just a place to enjoy delicious treats and a hot drink, our tea room is a community-focused space where young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) gain real-world work experience as part of their Supported Internship programme.
From preparing fresh cakes and drinks to offering friendly customer service, our interns play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the tea room. With the guidance of trained job coaches and staff, students build confidence, learn practical skills, and grow in independence — all while contributing to a much-loved local café.
Whether you're popping in for a cup of tea after a walk or looking for a peaceful place to relax, you’ll find quality service, home-made refreshments, and a cause worth supporting at Eastbrookend Tea Room.
