Harley's Supported Internship Journey
Harley began his journey with limited confidence in his abilities, but he showed a strong willingness to learn and adapt and build his confidence.

He began his placement at Co-op, working in a retail environment where he developed key communication and customer service skills. This first step played a big role in helping Harley gain confidence in a professional setting.

As the programme progressed, it became clear that Harley had a strong interest in working with vehicles. Thanks to the flexible structure of our internships, we were able to support Harley in transitioning to a new placement at Ken Lee, one of our trusted motor vehicle partners.

This switch allowed Harley to explore a career path that truly matched his passions. He thrived in this hands-on environment, further building his practical skills and work ethic.

We're proud to share that Harley has now been offered paid employment with us here at TALPER!
